Job Opportunity: Service Desk Support Specialist (Canary Wharf)

We are seeking an experienced Service Desk Support Specialist to join our client's team, based in Canary Wharf.

The successful candidate will be required to attend the office five days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive service desk support, including deskside assistance.
  • Manage and troubleshoot issues related to Azure Active Directory (Azure AD).
  • Support and maintain meeting room technology and AV equipment.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to end users.

Requirements:

  • Several years of experience in service desk support roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Azure AD.
  • Experience with meeting room technology and AV equipment.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
