We are looking for SIA Security Concierge to join our amazing security team in London. The position is permanent, and we would love to offer stable employment with great working conditions to a committed SIA licensed team player.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the safety and security of all site employees, fellow team members and visitors, their belongings and all site assets always through taking a proactive and customer focussed approach to Security.

• Support in the deterrence of unwanted and criminal activity by being a visible presence on site during peak periods, interacting with employees and their teams, effectively managing access control to site.

• Assist in any emergency situations, such as evacuations, always remaining calm and professional. Complete site patrols as required, note any H&S related issues, potential security hazards.

• Report and record all incidents and accidents in a timely and clear manner, ensuring they are communicated to the relevant people and team management.

What we are looking for:

• Previous experience within a Security role, preferably with experience of patrolling and identifying security and safety risks.

• A current SIA license holder.

• Someone who is very security conscious and has a great eye for details.

• Someone who is great at creating and maintaining positive and productive working relationships across the business, communicating effectively in a range of situations.

Location: Central or Greater London

Duties:

• Greeting and assisting residents, visitors, clients, contractors, and guests

• Answering the phone and emails, distributing messages or mail

• Going on building patrols and reporting any suspicious activities

• Monitoring all persons at the property and ensuring they have a right to be present

• Carrying health, safety, and security checks

• Managing residents complaints

• Guarding private gardens and car parks

• Fire safety: continuous patrolling and reporting fire hazards

• Carrying out any additional duties as directed by the Property Manager

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Salary: £12.82 per hour including holiday pay

Schedule:

• 12-hour shift

• Day shift

• Night shift

Licence/Certification:

• SIA (required)

Work Location: In person
