Site Services Engineer / Contracts Manager - Facades

£48,672 plus Car Allowance, Bonus and Lonodon Weightin Bonus

We are absolutely thrilled to be working alongside our Award Winning Facades / Building Envelopes Manufacturing client as we look to recruit for a Site Services Engineer / Contracts Manager to join their UK wide team, covering all construction projects in the South London.

This role is a business critical role and we are looking to get you started in your new role ASAP.

Your New Role

To manage and coordinate site-related activities, ensuring the successful completion of surveys, inspections, training, and data management, while maintaining effective communication with clients, statutory bodies, and other stakeholders.

Manage work scheduling in coordination with the Site Services Supervisor and Coordinator

Engage with clients, statutory bodies, and other stakeholders.

Complete site surveys via a reporting app

Deliver on-site customer training.

Report and manage project data.

Conduct site visits, inspections, and training sessions.

Your Professional Attributes

Knowledge of external wall construction in low and high-rise buildings.

Understanding of passive fire protection systems. (Desirable)

Previous experience dealing with contractors on-site.

Background in engineering, façade management, or installation is advantageous.

Industry Experience

Familiarity with site audit software (training will be provided if necessary).

Strong understanding of site survey and inspection processes.

Ability to deliver effective on-site customer training in relation to fire protection and envelope walling.

Contractual Benefits

Generous Bonus Share Scheme (the amount of shares depends on the level of the role)

4% pension contribution subject to the employee meeting their thresholds (5%)

24 days annual leave plus 1 when 2 years service is achieved
