SAP SuccessFactors Expert

£620 per day via umbrella
12 months minimum contract
London based, hybrid

Profile Summary

A SAP SuccessFactors (SF) expert is required to support a busy HR team in London plus a number of regional offices on the continent with best practice operations, process improvement, and small change. The role is Embedded in the HR team and is required for minimum 12 months as backfill for employees working on large change projects. Support is needed across a number of SF modules including EC, Recruitment, Onboarding, L&D and Performance/Objective setting.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work with SMEs (EMEA wide) across HR teams to understand their day to day pain points with the system, suggest improvements
  • Periodically assist HR teams on data quality assurance reviews for their areas while implementing data validation controls to prevent reoccurrence.
  • Support yearend process such as annual salary, bonus loads, McLagan data, Holiday rollover, etc.
  • Work with IT to maintain appropriate system permissions for HR users
  • Implement small HR change and hand it over for user testing.
  • Train SME team members to embed good day to day practices and system knowledge. Identify areas for upskilling HR team members
  • Support project team when needed (understand their priorities and areas where support can be offered, seeking mutually beneficially wins between BAU and Project).
  • Support Reward and Reporting team on various systems change initiatives.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

  • Familiar with HR process, across all disciplines.
  • Demonstrated expertise in SAP SuccessFactors (EC, Recruitment, Onboarding, Position management)
  • Technical skills to implement small change
  • Great organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Demonstrable ability to innovate, support change and problem solve
  • Collaborative nature to contribute to a successful team performance
  • Sound knowledge of the Banking Industry, including system audits and SOX compliance would be an advantage.
  • High level of computer literacy and skills in data manipulation/presentation
