An integral part of the Premier League's work is to be a "Force for Good" in both the communities we operate in and our wider reach. As part of this ambition, the Premier League is looking for an experienced environmental Sustainability Manager to support the Head of Sustainability in implementing the Premier League's sustainability strategy.
The Sustainability Manager will lead on sustainability operations, working with the Head of Sustainability on the delivery of internal programmes to help the Premier League meet its environmental commitments. The Sustainability Manager should have a diverse range of skills, ideally with a background in the implementation of sustainability strategies, and a flexible and collaborative approach.
The Premier League has a strong sense of social purpose, from the No Room for Racism Action Plan, designed to develop opportunities for underrepresented groups in football, to our Premier League Primary Stars education programme, which includes provision of free curriculum-linked resources across a range of subjects for primary school teachers. We support the improvement of stadiums and local facilities, develop emerging talent, encourage ambition and harness the appeal of our clubs to inspire people and positively change lives. With the growing climate crisis and related issues of environmental quality and resource efficiency, we are committed to taking forward an ambitious programme covering these issues as soon as possible.
Who we are
The Premier League is home to some of the most competitive and compelling football in the world.
