Job description

On behalf of The Department for Transport, we are looking for a Systems Administrator for a 5 month contract based London, Swansea or Leeds - Hybrid working

As a Systems administrator your main responsibilities will be:
. To provide expert support and guidance on the management of Successfactors and Concur to our users

. Act as second line support, and trouble shoot issues with stakeholders

. Support the continuous improvement and optimisation of the solutions,

. Manage support cycles and related patching activities, including testing and impact assessments, and building business cases with business stakeholders for additional features

. Create and update necessary support documentation for our solutions

. Assist core stakeholders in upskilling, and identifying opportunities to improve data quality and usage

Essential:
. Expertise of applying best practice approach in configuring and maintaining Cloud based system, preferably Concur and Successfactors.
. Expertise in supporting the life cycle of SaaS platforms including annual patching cycles, and associated tasks
. Understanding of Successfactors and Concur landscapes at a high level

Please be aware that this role can only be worked within the UK and not Overseas.
