Are you a passionate individual looking to start a career as an outstanding Teaching Assistant in primary schools locally to you?

Do you have experience within the care sector, SEN settings, Schools or child-minding? Worked with children or young adults who have additional needs?

Aspire People are working in partnership with a handful of vibrant and inclusive primary schools located in Richmond, who are looking for TAs that are eager to learn and are passionate about helping children through creating supportive and nurturing learning environments.

This is a supply TA role which could lead into long term supply, so being committed to the process is important as some schools do offer permanent contracts if you provide a lasting impression!

The ideal candidate for this role would have experience working with children or with people who have additional needs. KS1 or KS2 experience would be ideal, but this is not essential. The main focus is to find someone who is reliable, knowledgeable and nurturing and who goes the extra mile to ensure the child progresses and is happy In the school environment.

What schools are looking for:
Desirable but not necessary - Level 2/3 teaching assistant
Experience with people with SEN needs.
Desirable - Experience within a Primary School
DBS on the update service or happy to apply for one through us
The ability to inspire children.
To work as part of a team
