Are you a passionate Therapy Lead looking to make a difference in brain injury rehabilitation? We are seeking a talented Therapy Lead to join a Brain Injury Service in South London. This centre is renowned for providing exceptional care to adults with complex neurological disabilities.

As a Therapy Lead, you'll be responsible for:

  • Leading and developing the Therapy service, ensuring the highest standards of care.
  • Collaborating with the Director of Care to drive service development and make informed decisions.
  • Providing expert clinical advice and maintaining a specialist caseload.
  • Actively participating in service development to meet user and stakeholder needs.
  • Working within the interdisciplinary Brain Injury Services team.

The ideal Therapy Lead will have:
  • At least 2 years of experience in neurology, Neuro Rehab, MSK or Psychology, with 2 years as a Band 7 therapist.
  • Ideally have Expertise in complex respiratory management, including tracheostomy weaning.
  • Experience in team leadership and service improvement projects.
  • HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, or Psychologist.
