Transport and Infrastructure Business Development Consultant

Permanent role

A Transport and Infrastructure Business Development Consultant is required to join an Asset Management Company to focus on growing new business by promoting their enterprise asset management solutions and inspection services.

Transport and Infrastructure Business Development Consultant Benefits:

Transport and Infrastructure Business Development Consultant The Role:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets in the railway sector
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and industry events
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including potential clients, industry partners, and regulatory bodies
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments and present tailored solutions to meet client requirements
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities and market developments to inform sales strategies
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to prospective clients
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets

Transport and Infrastructure Business Development Consultant Requirements:

  • Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or consulting within the railway sector
  • Strong understanding of enterprise asset management solutions and inspection services
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with high-level stakeholders
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Able to travel as needed
