Our client is dedicated to delivering specialist nurse-led care services in the homes of adults and children with complex healthcare needs. They work closely with NHS continuing healthcare teams to provide a high level of clinical support, allowing clients to stay at home even with complex health requirements.

As a Clinical Practice Educator, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing face-to-face clinical training for care staff.
  • Delivering patient-specific training sessions.
  • Developing training presentations, lesson plans, and competency documents.
  • Participating in regular audits to evaluate training effectiveness.
  • Maintaining the clinical skills lab, including stock and equipment auditing.
  • Leading the delivery and evaluation of a mandatory training programme.
  • Keeping accurate training records and updating the company database.
  • Participating in the clinical on-call rota.
