Job description

The Events Marketing Lead Executive is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing all aspects of event marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation. This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and strong project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define event objectives and target audiences.
  • Develop comprehensive event marketing plans aligned with overall business goals.
  • Oversee the logistics of events including venue selection, vendor management, and on-site coordination.
  • Ensure events are executed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
  • Create and implement marketing campaigns to promote events, utilizing various channels (email, social media, paid advertising, etc.).
  • Develop engaging content for promotional materials, including brochures, websites, and social media posts.
  • Track and analyze event performance metrics (attendance, engagement, ROI) to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prepare post-event reports to present insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sponsors, partners, and attendees.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all events.
  • Manage event budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial targets.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in event marketing or related roles.
  • Proven track record of successfully planning and executing events.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and software (e.g., CRM, email marketing platforms, social media).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in digital marketing and social media strategies.
  • Knowledge of event technology platforms (registration systems, event apps, etc.).
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools to assess event performance.
