If so, the Office of Health Economics (OHE) is looking for an External Engagement Officer to drive our engagement efforts and help amplify our reach.
As part of our team, you'll work with leading economists to connect our groundbreaking research in health economics with a global audience, fostering partnerships and delivering high-profile events that make a difference in healthcare. Reporting directly to our Director of External Affairs, you'll be responsible for managing OHE's external engagement activities, including events, partnerships, educational initiatives, and internal coordination.

About the role
- Events Management: Lead and coordinate OHE's webinars, annual lectures, and other key events, working closely with research, marketing, and communications teams to ensure impactful delivery.
- OHE Academy: Organise and manage educational initiatives such as masterclasses for stakeholders, providing top-tier learning experiences.
- External Relations & Partnerships: Identify and build strategic partnerships, manage sponsorships, and disseminate OHE's research to key audiences.
- Internal Engagement: Coordinate team events and align internal strategies with our external engagement goals.
About you
Essential:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in communications, event management, public relations, or a related field;
- proven experience in event coordination and stakeholder engagement; strong project management skills;
- and experience with digital event platforms and social media.
Desirable:
- Background in health, international affairs, or education;
- familiarity with CRM software and educational programme development.

Place of Work
This role is hybrid, meaning that you have flexibility to work remotely and to work from our London Bridge office. Candidates must however be located within an easy commute to London as there will be the requirement to work at our offices in London for certain staff meetings or events, and to collaborate with colleagues for some project activities.
