Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging and well-structured lessons in line with the primary school curriculum.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages student participation.
• Support students' academic progress and social development, catering to their individual learning needs.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to plan and implement creative and effective learning activities.
• Provide differentiated instruction to meet the needs of all learners, including those with special educational needs (SEN).
• Assess and monitor students' progress, providing constructive feedback to help them achieve their full potential.
• Communicate effectively with parents/guardians and other staff to support students' well-being and academic growth.
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and contribute to the development of learning materials and resources.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification.
• Experience working as a teacher in a primary school setting.
• Familiarity with the national primary school curriculum and teaching methodologies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and empathetic approach.
• Ability to create an engaging and inclusive classroom environment for students with diverse learning needs.
• Commitment to professional development and continuous improvement.
• Valid DBS and right to work document.
