Role Info:

Event Researcher / Booker
London Office Based / Some Travel On Occasion
£32,000 - £36,400 + OTE
Plus Benefits Including Health Care, Pension, Discretionary Bonuses, and More
Full Time - Permanent
Hours: 10am - 6pm, Monday - Friday

The Event Researcher / Booker Opportunity:

As Event Researcher / Booker, you will play a pivotal role in the organisation of new events across the UK. Your responsibilities will include scouting new locations/events across the UK to host our campaign activities. Through your work you will be building and maintaining strong relationships with event organisers and space brokers in the industry. This is an exciting position where you will be populating our calendar with tons of new opportunities!

Key Responsibilities:

+ Researching and identifying new location prospects nationwide
+ Documenting detailed analysis of each booking for future reference
+ Overseeing end-to-end event processes, ensuring successful execution
+ Building a detailed map of the UK, identifying prime locations for sales activities
+ Categorising the best markets and events across the UK
+ Negotiating absolute best price for every opportunity
+ Development of a comprehensive sales calendar
+ Visiting ongoing activity to judge effectiveness, negotiate and rebook

A bit about you:

+ Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently
+ Highly organised and reliable
+ Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills
+ Capable of thinking creatively to maximise sales opportunities
+ Thrives in a dynamic work environment
+ Negotiation skills
+ Ideally has experience in event coordination
+ Holds a full UK Clean Driving License (minimum 2 years)
+ Experience in sales/events would be advantageous
