The Collections Manager will lead and manage a team within the Finance department, ensuring efficient operations in the collection of outstanding company debt. This position requires a strong understanding of financial services and an ability to work well within a fast-paced environment.

Description

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the Collections department.
  • Implement strategies to increase the efficiency of debt collection activities.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
  • Prepare and present reports on collection activities and progress.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer account information.
  • Coordinate and supervise the team to enhance performance and professional development.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with other departments and stakeholders.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for process and operational improvements.

Profile

A successful Collections Manager should have:.

  • Proven experience in a managerial role within the financial services industry.
  • Strong knowledge of collections regulations and procedures.
