A division of a growing international firm is currently seeking an Accountancy and Finance Graduate in the Basingstoke area on a Temporary basis, in an FP&A Analyst role. This is a great opportunity to begin and excel your career in the industry.
Your new role
As an FP&A Analyst, you will play a crucial role in financial planning, analysis, and decision-making. You will be responsible for analysing key performance indicators (KPIs), supporting the budgeting and forecasting process and addition to providing periodic reports to senior management. You will work with a range of internal stakeholders and support a number of process improvement projects.

What you'll need to succeed The firm is seeking eager and forward-thinking graduates with a degree in Accountancy and Finance alongside either 2 years' experience in the industry, or experience in a relevant placement year.
As a large, international business, the room for progression is extensive, so a positive, motivated mindset is essential.
The role is an initial temporary position, with the potential to become permanent in the future, allowing a recent graduate the opportunity to bolster their profile whilst working within a great team.
