F&B Manager to oversee all F&B/operations department and report directly to the GM and Deputy GM.

Live in may be available if required at 75 a week (includes energy bills).

Package: between 38000 - 40000.

Purpose of the Job:

To ensure service delivery at every point of sale in the Food and Beverage Department. Supervises and co-ordinates the Food and Beverage Department.

The successful candidate must have previous experience in managing, motivating and developing a team whilst ensuring consistently high standards of customer service are met. 2/3 years manager experience within a similar role is mandatory.

Main Duties:

To ensure that the customer promise is delivered and that customers are satisfied within the framework of financial targets set;
To ensure that guests receive high quality service;
To ensure that the applicable regulations are complied with;
To optimise revenue and standards on a regular basis;
To undertake any other duties as required by line management.
