Sales and Renewals - NO COLD CALLING
Location : Portsmouth , Hybrid working

£25,000 + Commission , OTE £30- £35K plus
Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week

Dynamite Recruitment are pleased to be recruiting for our highly reputable client based in Portsmouth that are looking to recruit a Sales and Renewals Executive to join their growing team!

As a Sales and Renewal Executive you will be responsible for working within an FCA regulated business where you will be advising customers on products and services whilst building solid relationships with them. The role requires someone with good communication skills who can advise rather than attempt a hard sale on the clients . This is a very customer focused role.

Key duties will include :

  • Manage current customers, whose Contract Hire agreement is due to end in defined time frame, and offer a new agreement, an extension or to confirm end of contract procedures.
  • Become comfortable with/expert in the operation of the internal systems in order to be able to conduct the above efficiently and effectively.
  • Build a strong working relationship with customers, working collaboratively together in a partnership to ensure client and team objectives are met.
  • Become the first line of contact for sales enquiries and be able to take customers efficiently through a sales process.
  • Become first line of contact for web leads and enquiries from the website/webchat
  • Maximise the sale of maintenance agreements to contract hire customers and any future add on products
  • Build and maintain professional, effective relationships with all internal and external departments
  • Ensure the accurate reporting and administration of all sales and activities
  • To share best practices and improvements across the wider team
  • Ad hoc tasks as agreed with the Account Manager
