Location: Hampshire

Remuneration: £40,000 - £60,000

The role of the Estimator Roofing Systems will involve:

Estimator position dealing with range of pitched and flat roofing projects

Review project specifications and drawings to determine the scope of work

Producing accurate and detailed quotations to clients

Keep good documentation of tenders and quotations on internal database

Monitor project costs throughout the construction process, identify cost-saving opportunities and recommended values

Build and maintain relationships with contractors and vendors

Attending pre-contract meetings and progress meetings with clients as required

Prioritising workload to ensure deadlines are met

Estimating for projects ranging in value from £5k to £1m

The ideal applicant will be an Estimator Roofing Systems with:

Must have 3+ years Estimator, Project Manager or Contracts Manager experience in the UK construction market sector

Ideally will have estimating experience roofing market sector however other market sectors would be considered

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Adaptable individual who can turn their hand to other responsibilities

Must be able to compete physical duties (roof surveys etc)

Full UK driving license

IT literate (Microsoft Office)

Confident and articulate
