Job description

A Graduate Mechanical Engineer needed for Southampton based Scientific equipment developer.

An opportunity exists within a growing SME for a New or Recent Graduate Mechanical Engineer. You will be working within a small team with an draughting / design focus.

Typically using Autodesk Inventor as your principal tool you will be working with a range of Mechanical and Electro-mechanical designs. These projects will typical be parts and sub assemblies for high tolerance precision scientific instruments.

Products are often constrained to UL marking or similar and other exacting standards. You will support the documentation process.

Recent Graduates from Mechanical Engineering / Electro-Mechanical / Mechatronic Degrees or similar are sought. Although a mechanical bias, any interest in electronics, controls and circuitry would suit you well.
