Job description

NES Fircroft are recruiting for a TAR Manager on behalf of our Client, an Industrial Service specialist, to work on Turnaround projects at a refinery in Hampshire. Long-term contract (18-24 months) open to Limited Companies. Overview The TAR Manager will be responsible to plan and prepare an identified jobs list to ensure full execution during the turnaround. It is essential the successful applicant has experience of planning and delivering multiple scopes of work. Main Activities: Ensure flawless planning of identified scopes and completion in line with the turnaround milestone plan. Work within turnaround vendor team to Coordinate the preparation and execution of all activities relevant to scopes list during T/A from scope freeze to execution and reporting. Organise and lead reviews of the work scope, plans and schedules to ensure deliverables are optimised including review of planning deliverables and work method statements, JSA and Quality plan. Liaise with Operation and relevant Technical Authorities on MOC and Deviation Management. Monitor and control of deviations from planned activities for safety critical equipment, as the Technical Authority or in consultation with relevant TA. Engage and motivate wider team into compliance with turnaround milestones. Surface issues early and ensure issues are closed out.
