Jewson Partnership Solutions (JPS) specialise in providing solutions and building materials for our customers in the Public Sector such as Housing Associations and Local Authorities.

We're on the hunt for a Sales Specialist to join our team in Portsmouth, who's as passionate about great service as we are!

Please note, a driving license would be a benefit for this role due to location

Working Hours: 7am- 4.30pm Monday to Thursday, 7am-4pm Fridays (no weekends!)

Location: JPS Portsmouth, Unit C6 Nevil Shute Rd, Portfield Ind Est, Portsmouth, PO3 5RX

Key Responsibilities

• Get to know our product lines and services so you can offer advice and help to customers, making the most of all customer interactions

• Use our in-house systems to source materials, process customer orders, organize delivery times, and keep customers updated throughout their journey

• Develop great relationships with new and existing customers, both face to face, over the phone and via email

• Understand customer needs and providing proactive advice and solutions so that you can deliver the best experience possible

• Make Health & Safety a priority and demonstrate how you can keep yourself and others safe at work

Required Skills and Experience

• A driving license would be a benefit for this role

• Previous industry experience preferred but not essential

• Stellar communication and people skills

• IT literate with a good understanding of Microsoft packages

• A flexible and proactive nature
