Business Change Manager

As a Business Change Manager, you will deliver complex change projects to meet business objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage.

The Business Change Manager will focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems, and technology.

Key Responsibilities

Change Management Strategy:
Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage while minimising resistance.
Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders.

Project Management:
Lead technology-driven change projects from inception to completion.
Collaborate with project managers and technology teams to integrate change management activities into project plans.
Monitor and report on project progress, adjusting strategies, as necessary.

Communication:
Develop communication plans and materials to convey changes effectively.
Ensure clear, consistent, and timely communication to all stakeholders.

Training and Support:
Identify training needs and develop comprehensive training programs to support innovative technology implementations.
Create support materials and resources to assist employees during the transition.

Stakeholder Engagement:
Engage and influence stakeholders at all levels to drive successful change.
Build strong relationships and work collaboratively across departments.

Measurement and Reporting:
Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress.
Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on change management activities and outcomes.

The Key Requirements

Proven experience in change management, preferably in technology-driven environments.
Proven experience in managing complex change projects with a strong focus on technology.
Strong project management skills, with a history of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Technical Skills:
Familiarity with project management tools and software.
Ability in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Understanding of IT systems and technology implementation processes.

ROMSEY - Alongside hybrid and flexible working options, you'll find our Romsey site located within beautiful Hampshire countryside, close to the picturesque New Forest District and not far from a superb stretch of the south coast. This is no corporate concrete jungle; this is a manor house site, with ample parking an on-site gym and a driveway full of daffodils in the spring.
