  • Prepare relevant resourcing reports and analyse for inconsistencies, constantly iterating and driving up data fidelity.
  • Using actionable insight, present trend analysis and propose possible courses of action to support sustainable and profitable growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with BU Operations Managers and PMOs.
  • Support ongoing transformation of the team function, including helping to drive adoption of new process and tools.

  • A self-starter with the confidence to understand and navigate cross-functionally in a technology-focussed organisation.
  • Confident communicator, both written and verbal with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills.
  • Organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask, plan and prioritize workload.
  • A positive attitude and a 'can do' approach to the position with proven ability to work autonomously.
  • Able to demonstrate thoroughness, accuracy, and focus. You will pay close attention to detail and produce high-quality work.
