Are you a skilled veterinarian seeking to join a dynamic team where you can expand your expertise and achieve your professional aspirations? A thriving small animal practice is seeking an additional veterinary surgeon to join their amiable team. Led by the practice owner, an Advanced Practitioner in small animal surgery, they offer a supportive environment for continuous learning and growth.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside the practice owner and their dedicated team, including two full-time veterinary surgeons, two RVNs, two SVNs, and three receptionists. With a combined nurse experience of 50 years, they'll contribute to a diverse caseload and have access to orthopaedic equipment on-site. Additionally, there's potential for further investment in equipment based on the skills and interests of the veterinarians.

Responsibilities:

• Perform consultations and surgical procedures within structured workdays.
• Collaborate with colleagues to provide high-quality veterinary care.
• Occasionally manage sole charge responsibilities.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills with clients and team members.

Requirements:

• Solid general practitioner experience.
• Confidence in occasional sole charge situations.
• Ability to work well within a team environment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Passion for delivering exceptional veterinary care.
