Role: Fulfilment Administrator

Location: Whiteley, Fareham

Competitive Salary: £24,000 Per Annum

Fantastic Hours: Monday - Wednesday 08:30 - 17:30, Thursday - Friday 08:00 - 17:00

The task at hand: The Fulfilment Administrator assists the Fulfilment and Service Manager in verifying the accuracy of stock and returns, including quantity, description, part/model, and condition. The Fulfilment Administrator also manages programming requirements, device testing, and data wiping. The primary responsibilities revolve around pick, pack, and dispatch operations.

You'll be great in this role if:

- You are proficient in computer usage, especially MS Office applications, particularly skilled in Excel
- You have strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- You have exceptional attention to detail and precision
- You have warehouse or shop floor experience
- You demonstrate adaptability and take initiative

What you ll be busy doing:
- Conduct thorough testing and validation procedures for mobile device returns, including verification, assessment, data erasure
- Maintain proper storage of materials and products to prevent damage or deterioration
- Carry out dispatch and returns processes efficiently
- Keep company systems updated with accurate information
- Process datasets related to third-party shipments to ensure system accuracy
- Adhere to company policies, processes, and procedures
- Collaborate with internal teams as needed to provide support and coordination
- Perform stock takes to minimise losses
