Role: Service Administrator

Contract length: 12 months

Location: Whiteley

Salary: £24,000 per annum

Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00-17:00

We're seeking a talented Service Administrator to join our dynamic Service Repairs team for a 12-month contract (maternity cover). In this role, you'll play a vital part in ensuring the smooth processing and management of all company returns and repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Validate and process customer and supplier returns.
• Test and validate mobile, IT, and telephony devices and accessories.
• Manage quotes and dispatch goods efficiently.
• Perform testing and data wiping as needed.
• Create detailed inspection and fault reports.
• Generate accurate customer invoices.
• Program devices based on customer requirements.
• Ensure proper storage of materials and goods to prevent damage.
• Provide excellent customer support, resolving issues and answering queries promptly.
• Communicate professionally and effectively via phone and other channels.
• Maintain accurate records and track information in company systems.

Ideal Candidate

• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with inventory management systems.
• A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
