Senior Lettings Manager £55,000+ Potential Bonuses Ware, Hertfordshire

The Role

Are you an experienced lettings manager? Do you have the knowledge and skills to manage a diverse property portfolio, while leading a team in a busy office environment? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you.

As the Senior Lettings Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of our rental properties, both residential and commercial. You will play a key role in managing leases, inspections, and ensuring compliance with the latest regulations.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in property management who thrives in a leadership role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee AST leases and renewals, as well as commercial leases and renewals.
  • Conduct property inspections and manage rent increases.
  • Manage the day-to-day running of the office and the lettings team.
  • Ensure compliance with property management laws and regulations.
  • Take full responsibility for managing our property portfolio, including blocks of flats owned by us and third parties.
  • Drive the business forward by bringing in new properties.
  • Support staff development and ensure the team meets business goals.

The Company

We specialise in both the development and management of residential and commercial properties nationwide.

The Person

  • Clear knowledge of the property rental sector (min 5 years experience).
  • Full understanding of the current/upcoming laws and regulations in letting residential & commercial properties.
  • Ability and legal understanding of managing blocks of flats and requirements of doing so (this for both blocks owned by us and third parties).
  • Ability to manager staff, and the day-to-day running of the office.
  • Proficiant in ALTO & computer literate.
  • Must be able to take responsibility in all aspects of running a property portfolio.
  • Must be strong minded & direct office staff.
  • Be organised, prompt and have excellent time management skills.
  • Enthusiasm to bring in new properties and help the business grown.
  • Driving license.
