A Primary School in Bexley, Southeast London, is looking for a passionate and dedicated individual to join their team as a Learning Support Assistant.

Learning Support Assistant About the Role:

• Start Date: October
• Contract type: Long term, full-time, temporary contract until July 2025.
• Pay: £95.00 £105.00 per day (holiday pay included).

Learning Support Assistant Key Responsibilities:

• Engage 1:1/in small groups with students to help nurture their academic potential.
• Work collaboratively with staff to enhance the learning experience for all students.
• Prioritise the growth and development of specific students through a variety of support strategies.

Learning Support Assistant Essential Requirements:

• A minimum of a 2:1 University degree, one ideally transferrable to Education, or Early Childhood subjects.
• Passionate about working with young people and supporting their educational journey.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build a positive rapport with pupils and teachers alike.
