Civils Coordinator

About the job:

Programming in civils works for a tier 1 contract, as well as other contracts where needed.
Liaising with Supervisors/Contractors to arrange works and communicate updates to management.
Update the KMCO system (CORAS) with the details of works planned.
Assess A55 s in order to accurately coordinate works via Desktop Survey and advice from Site Supervisors.
Supply accurate information to the Permitting Team in order to submit the permit applications.
Liaise with the Project Manager to make sure that any additional costs have been approved by the Client (i.e. TM, Night/Weekend works etc)
Contact TM companies to organize Traffic Management when required.
Assign works for Civils Avoidance to the Desilt team prior to planning in any excavation works.
Liaise with Highways Authorities to discuss our works in their Boroughs and what they expect from us as a company on site and when submitting our permits. This will be done in conjunction with the Permit Team.
Oversee the other members of the Programming Team and advise/assist where necessary.
