Would you enjoy working across a varied portfolio of Clients from different sectors? Are you confident in providing strong advice on all people-related matters? If so, this HR Advisor position could be the role for you. You will help to deliver an efficient and effective HR Advisory service whilst championing the business vision and values.

This Hybrid HR Advisor role is based in West Kent and worked on a hybrid basis of 3 days per week in the office.

As HR Advisor, you will:

• Advise and support clients on employee relations issues, escalating cases to employment lawyers within agreed service levels
• Provide sound advice on HR-related matters to Managers and Stakeholders
• Assist, develop and maintain client policies and procedures and related documentation
• Maintain a high level of client focus and professionalism
• Advise Clients on a variety of HR projects
• Ensure systems are kept up to date e.g. capture client on-boarding progress and other project related work
