Asbestos Surveyor - Maidstone

40,000 - 45,000 including an Excellent Benefits Package

My client is a specialist in property health and safety (asbestos surveying) and construction, they have an incredible knowledge and experience of both industries. Now that they have one some highly sought after contracts this year, they are looking for a qualified asbestos surveyor to join their team.

As an asbestos surveyor, your responsibilities will include conducting various types of asbestos surveys (Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition) on diverse sites. This involves collecting bulk samples when necessary, generating detailed reports on findings, and maintaining daily communication with clients, contractors, colleagues, and members of the public.

Key Requirements:

• BOHS P402/RSPH3 qualification
• Minimum 12 months of field experience in asbestos surveying
• Full UK driving license with flexibility
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in IT with efficiency in Microsoft Office packages
