Logistics & Customer Service Administrator

Rochester

23k-25k salary dependent on experience & attitude

Mon-Fri 9am-5:30pm

I am currently seeking a well organised, dynamic and committed candidate with a background in Logistics and Customer Service.

This role is an important position within the team and requires a switched on, hard working applicant with the ability to solve problems and work quickly and effectively. You will be an active, hands-on member of the team, dealing with various tasks within the department.

Duties for this role include:

• Processing customer orders
• Updating customer portals
• Managing credit notes
• Validating and uploading POD's
• General administrative support to line Manager
• Liaising with other departments where necessary
• Providing support to customers
• Assisting with monthly stock takes
• Booking third party hauliers where necessary
• Create postage labels so items are ready for dispatch

The successful candidate will have/be:

• Previous experience working within a similar role ideally from a manufacturing background
• Good understanding of supply chain processes
• Analytical and a good problem solver
• Strong levels of organisation
• A team player
• Excellent communication skills
