The Firm
A well established, award-winning Kent law firm is seeking a Legal Secretary to support their team.

The Opportunity
The successful Legal Secretary will provide secretarial and administrative support to Fee Earners in a busy property team. Duties to include:

  • Digital dictation, typing letters and completing forms/documents
  • Booking appointments, arranging meetings and managing diaries
  • Liaising with Solicitors and clients
  • Dealing with file opening, closing and retrieval procedures
  • Electronic and manual filing of documents
  • Attending to clients in person and on the phone
  • Managing post completions procedures including SDLT returns and title registrations

This Legal Secretary opportunity is a full time, permanent role, working Monday - Friday, 9.15am - 5.30pm

The Requirements

  • At least a years' experience working as a Legal Secretary
  • Experience supporting a Residential or Commercial Property team within a law firm
