Are you an experienced HR Systems Specialist looking for a challenging and rewarding contract opportunity? Our client, a dynamic and fast-growing business based in Bolton, is seeking a skilled professional to join their team on a 6-12 month contract basis.

The Role:

As an HR Systems Specialist, you will play a crucial role in selecting, implementing, and integrating a new HR system that aligns with the evolving needs of our business. You will collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand their requirements and identify the most suitable HR technology solution. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting a thorough assessment of existing HR systems and processes
• Researching and evaluating potential HR system vendors and solutions
• Leading the system implementation process, including data migration, configuration, and testing
• Providing ongoing support and maintenance for the HR system

The Ideal Candidate:

To be successful in this role, you will possess the following qualifications and experience:

• Proven experience as an HR Systems Specialist or similar role
• In-depth knowledge of HR systems and processes, including payroll, time and attendance, and performance management
• Strong project management skills and the ability to deliver projects on time and within budget
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A proactive and problem-solving approach
