Job Summary:

As an Inside Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs, provide exceptional service, and contribute to the growth of our business.

Responsibilities:

• Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Proactively address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely manner.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products or services.
• Order Processing and Fulfilment:
  • Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely order fulfilment.
  • Monitor order progress and address any issues that may arise.
• Sales Analysis and Reporting:
  • Analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts as required.
• Administrative Support:
  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
  • Assist with invoicing, credit control, and other administrative tasks.
• Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with other team members to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Support the overall goals and objectives of the sales team.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred.
