This vibrant coastal venue offers fantastic homemade food, a wide range of drinks, and warm hospitality in a stunning location. The property, which has undergone a complete transformation, features 99 beautifully appointed bedrooms, making it the perfect spot for guests to experience this special part of Lancashire.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and skilled General Chef to join the kitchen team at this dynamic venue. As a key member of the team, you ll have the opportunity to showcase your culinary talents while working in a supportive and creative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Food Preparation: Prepare all food items as directed, ensuring they are cooked to perfection and presented beautifully.
  • Quality Control: Take full responsibility for your section before, during, and after service, ensuring that each dish meets the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Compliance: Ensure the safety, security, and appropriate storage of all food stock, adhering to all food hygiene and safety standards.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with your colleagues to deliver exceptional food service, maintaining clear communication and a positive team environment.
  • Kitchen Maintenance: Keep your workstation clean and organized, assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen equipment, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Recipe Adherence: Follow recipes and presentation specifications to maintain consistency and quality.
Ideal Candidate:
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role, with a passion for fresh food and high standards.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent time-keeping, and organizational skills.
