Job description

Aspire People are currently recruiting for a SEMH Primary school situated in Rochdale OL11. We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic teacher to work in a Primary SEMH provision. This role involves supporting students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health Needs, which make mainstream education challenging for them.

Role Overview:
Work with a range of abilities within a small, mixed-ability KS1/KS2 class.
Collaborate with Teaching Assistants to create a cohesive and engaging classroom environment, ensuring the maximisation of each student's potential.
Temp to perm role, with the possibility of transitioning to a school contract after a successful trial period.

Details:
Rochdale-based SEMH Unit attached to mainstream Primary, easily accessible by bus, train, or car.
Permanent, full-time role with an ASAP start.
Daily rate pro-rata from M1-UPS3 pay scale ( 28,000 - 43,685).
Registration with Aspire People required.
Opportunity to move onto a school-based contract following a successful trial period.
