The Role

They are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Lettings Negotiator to complement their fantastic residential Lettings team.

You will play a crucial role in their operations, assisting clients in finding their perfect rental properties and ensuring a smooth lettings process from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for prospective tenants, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships.
  • Conduct property viewings, highlighting key features and benefits to potential tenants. Manage the lettings process, from initial inquiry through to move-in, ensuring all paperwork and compliance checks are completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Negotiate rental agreements between landlords and tenants, ensuring terms are fair and agreeable for all parties.
  • Collaborate with contractors to resolve any issues or concerns promptly and professionally. Assist in marketing properties through various channels, including online listings and social media, to attract potential tenants.
  • Some sales experience is desirable, but not essential for the role, as full training will be provided.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
  • Knowledge of local property markets and trends is a plus.
