Project Planner, Construction Planner, Adjudication, Electrical Contractor, Electrical, Programme Planner

Position: Project PlannerReason for Vacancy: Project Adjudication
Location: Leicester
Duration: 2 weeks (flexible, freelance, with the possibility of working a few hours here and there)
Start Date: ASAP
Rate: DOE (can pay outside IR35)
Hours: No set hours

Day-to-Day Duties:
Oversee and review the entire project lifecycle, ensuring all aspects are ready for adjudication.
Act as a professional planner to ensure accurate plotting and scheduling.
Assess resource allocation and utilisation, understanding the implications of accurate reporting.
Collaborate with Quantity Surveyors (QS) and planners to review and validate project programmes to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Manage the adjudication process for a £1m electrical works conference centre project, focusing on electrical aspects.
Compile comprehensive adjudication files, ensuring they meet the highest standards.
Provide retrospective analysis and review of the programme of works and project execution.

Key Requirements:
Proven experience in construction planning.
Strong understanding of planning systems and processes.
Background in construction (M&E background is not essential).
