The Opportunity
As Lettings Manager, you'll take full responsibility for:
Team Leadership
Managing a team of lettings professionals
Driving performance and achieving targets
Implementing training and development programmes
Creating a high-performance culture
Monitoring and improving KPIs
Business Development
Growing the managed property portfolio
Building relationships with key landlords
Identifying new business opportunities
Maintaining high client retention rates
Developing marketing strategies
Operational Excellence
Overseeing property management operations
Ensuring compliance with legislation
Managing departmental budgets
Implementing process improvements
Maintaining service standards
What You'll Need
Essential Requirements
- Proven Lettings Management or Senior Negotiator experience
- Full, clean UK driving licence
- ARLA qualification (or working towards)
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent knowledge of lettings legislation
- Track record in team development
- Business development experience
