Job Title: Nights FLT Driver
Location: Sleaford, Lincolnshire
Pay Rates: 13.39 per hour on nights.


Barker Ross is currently recruiting for a FLT driver for our client specialising in Paper industry.
Shift Patterns: 4 on 4 off Nights working 18:00-06:00.

Own transport needed to reach the location of the site.

This is a temporary ongoing position, with the potential to join the company following a successful probation period.

The role is full time, temp to perm 12-hour shift 18:00-06:00 on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern. With 30-minute unpaid break. Overtime after 40.36 hours.

Duties of the role will include:

Loading of trailers with finished goods in a timely manner
Safe removal of finished goods away from the production lines
Placing components at production lines
Transporting & supplying pallets to production lines
Removal and transport of large bulky items from the factory (for example waste skips and core cages)
Ensuring that equipment is kept in a well-maintained condition, free from damage and ensuring that any damage, faults, or malfunctions are to be reported to management immediately
Comply with hygiene, jewellery, and uniform procedures to ensure that there is no contamination to the product being produced
Ensure you actively encourage others to comply with Safety & GMP and the clients Values, as well as other company procedures
Always adhere to the GMP standards
General cleaning of units, goods out area, pods, and yard area
Assist with working on / in the MEZZ area, and any other areas as required

To be considered for this role you will need to have: -
Must have both a valid FLT/Counterbalance Licence
Experience of a production environment and equipment is desirable
Ability to work on own initiative without supervision
Own transport needed to reach the location of the client
