Located in a purpose-built facility near Arnold, the team has successfully expanded its services and is now opening a brand-new Psychiatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) to further support patients. The mission is to achieve outstanding patient care, and the facility is seeking dedicated professionals to join this journey.

The Role: As a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN), you will play a key role in delivering exceptional care to individuals with mental health conditions and personality disorders. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing high-quality care and developing therapeutic relationships to enhance patient engagement.
  • Adhering to all codes of conduct, standards, and legislation, while respecting the rights of others and promoting ethical practice.
  • Contributing to patient assessments, creating care plans in collaboration with patients, and monitoring their progress.
  • Leading shifts, mentoring student nurses, and supporting the team.

Requirements:

  • A valid nursing qualification and NMC registration.
  • Strong teamwork and self-motivation, with a flexible approach to work units operate 24/7, requiring shift work, including weekends, nights, and bank holidays.
  • A commitment to patient-centered care and evidence-based practice.
  • A desire to continuously learn and develop professionally.
