Job Title: Housing Related Support Administrator Hours: PART TIME - 22.5hrs per week Shift Patterns: (Ideally 09:00-17:00 Monday-Wednesday) Can be discussed further.Location: Grimsby DN31Salary: £12.20p/h paid weekly Temp to permanent . The Role:The main purpose of the post is to provide efficient and responsive administration support for our Grimsby Housing Related Support services. The services provide dedicated support to adults with a range of housing related support needs. A high standard of customer care and professionalism is required at all timesRequirements:The ideal candidate should have experience (for at least 12 months) and knowledge in the following areas;

  • Answering phone to professionals and service users;Organising meetings;
  • Taking Minutes;
  • Auditing files;
  • Arranging assessments;
  • Timesheet processing;
  • Staff attendance checks;
  • Filing etc.

My client is seeking a professional who is highly proactive and well-organised to support operational and administrative output. You will provide efficient support to services dedicated to supporting adults with Learning Disabilities and Mental Health needs, with a range of support needs.When required, you will also be able to visit those referred to our service and support with completing assessments of needs, to create accurate and detailed records, and devise support plans and risk assessments. You will also work closely with the local management team in line with the needs of the organisation. An excellent standard of verbal and written English is essential as well as an interest in working in the not-for-profit/health and social care sector.APPLY TODAY - DBS Check required for this role
