Assistant Homes Manager

We have an exciting opportunity to join our supportive and innovative leadership team as an Assistant Homes Manager at our new therapeutic children's home in Lincoln. Robin House specialises in providing care and support to children with individual needs and strengths, with the aim of supporting their return home to families or to foster placements.

About the Role

We are looking for an Assistant Manager who:

  • Has experience of working with children and understands their needs
  • Is supportive and passionate about developing people and the home
  • Is child-focussed, we put our children first
  • Is compassionate, but firm and hugely kind
  • Has skills in quality assurance
  • Has the energy and motivation to innovate and inspire others
  • Has experience of multi-agency working
  • Is flexible, creative and can adapt to the needs of the home
  • Is an experienced leader
  • Is willing to work towards a QCF Level 5 qualification or equivalent

Working hours for the role are predominantly Mon-Fri . Working from home days are available. Assistant Homes Managers are also required to work flexibly and provide shift cover including nights, bank holidays, sleep-ins and weekends.
