HR Assistant

Job description

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Human Resources Coordinator to join our clients team!

Responsibilities:

- Assist with recruitment and on-boarding processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.

- Maintain employee records and update HR databases with accurate and current information.

- Coordinate employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and employee assistance programs.

- Assist in organising and conducting employee training and development programs.

- Support HR initiatives and projects, such as performance management, employee engagement, and diversity and inclusion.

- Handle employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.

- Assist in the preparation and distribution of HR-related documents, such as employment contracts, offer letters, and disciplinary letters.

- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Previous experience in HR or a related role is preferred.

- Strong organisational and time management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office Suite.

- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
