Working Electrical Supervisor - Lincolnshire - £21p/h (based on 45 hour week) + Van

As an Electrical Working Supervisor, you'll lead a team of electricians, oversee electrical installations and maintenance, and ensure compliance with safety standards. As the Electrical Working Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in managing electrical projects across various sectors, including MOD, schools, and offices. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supervision: Lead and manage a team of electricians, assigning tasks and ensuring work quality.
  • Project Management: Oversee electrical projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and adherence to specifications.
  • Safety Compliance: Ensure all work meets safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Quality Control: Inspect completed work to verify quality and compliance.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve electrical issues efficiently.
  • Materials and Equipment: Coordinate material orders and equipment maintenance.
  • Communication: Collaborate with builders, architects, and other stakeholders.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of work performed.

  • Experience: Proven work experience as an electrical supervisor or working supervisor.
