My client who is a Healthcare Provider in Lincolnshire, are looking to recruit for an HR / People & Culture Manager on a permanent basis. If you have high standards and take great pride in your work, this company will be a perfect cultural match for you.

Day to Day Responsibilities for this position are:

  • You will be responsible for overseeing the Recruitment, Onboarding, Engagement and Human Resources services.
  • You will be responsible for ensuring that my clients departments are always fully resourced and has industry beating levels of engagement.
  • You will be responsible for leading and motivating your three direct line supports in the People Team

Essential Requirements:

  • Two years of People Management experience(managing at least two people)
  • Significant experience of recruiting large numbers of team members
  • Experience of ensuring a large workforce is really engaged
  • Good computer literacy, including spreadsheets and word documents
  • Undergraduate degree
