Our family-run, rapidly expanding client based near Wragby are seeking dedicated individuals to join their team in the production department. This is a fantastic opportunity for those who are looking to learn and develop. Whilst previous experience in a production environment would be beneficial, it is not a must-have as full training will be given. This is a genuine temporary to permanent.

This role is a great fit for someone who is focused, organised, and pays close attention to detail. Key skills include good hand-eye coordination, practical problem-solving skills and basic IT and numerical literacy. You must have a good level of concentration and the ability to work in a focused environment for this position.

This is a Monday to Friday position but there are two fixed shift patterns available: Day Shift 8am-4:30pm or Evening Shift 4:30pm-00:00am.
Candidates must have access to their own transport as this is not accessible by public transport. Flexibility of occasional overtime and weekend work is a must. Due to the nature of the business, there are additional security requirements needed as a part of the recruitment process.
