Psychology Graduate - SEND Schools

Location: Liverpool

Salary: 75- 90 per day

Are you a recent Psychology graduate looking to make a real impact in education? Do you have a passion for supporting children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)? If so, Tradewind Recruitment is looking for you!

About the Role: Tradewind Recruitment is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Psychology graduates to join our team and work in SEND schools across Liverpool. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting children with a range of additional needs, helping them reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support students with SEND in a 1:1 or small group setting
  • Assist with the development and delivery of tailored educational plans
  • Work closely with teachers and other professionals to create a supportive learning environment
  • Provide emotional and academic support to students
  • Monitor and report on student progress

Requirements:

  • A degree in Psychology or related field
  • A genuine passion for working with children with SEND
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
  • Previous experience in a similar role (desirable but not essential)
